Planning board setting

Hi Friends,

I'm trying to see progress figures on barchart in planning board. I made following settings in planning board.

Settings - Option - Data bar text - text type - variable description. I selected Duration, Decription, past, Delay, & Agg Plan POC in given five cells

The observation is, all data except 'POC' appeared as required. I interchanged the field locations & also tried other POC related elements. but did not work.

I was informed that cnse5 & cj2b are two different programms & progress data will not be seen on barchart as required. now I have no option but to see cn48 or cnse5 report if I want to see uptodate confirmation or put further confirmation on activity.

Is that correct way?

Will experts give their opinion?

U can very well see the progress of the task/internal activities in the Planning board. if u open ur project in CJ20N - click on the project definition - press(shift+F8) to get planning board -

which u will get the Gantt chart of the Project.

Go to Settings menu - click on options - click on Planning board - on the right side -click on settings - check and enable the Actual dates options. Save/Copy the enabled options.

when the activity is got confirmed of the planned hours/day - for ex: 10% of 100hours work is confirmed-confirm the activity of 10% on a particular day.

Now u can see in the bar chart of the respective activity - planned & acutal will appear.

U can change the colour of the bars also to have more colourful view.

U can set the colours in the graphic profile.

Thanks for the prompt response.

We are getting actual dates on barchart. we also see yellow colour bar that shows actual work/confirmation done but not 'progress values'. The measurement method we put for actual progress is 'degree of processing from confirmation' i.e. physical work carried out on site which has no concern with the time consumed. We have also assigned POC weight to these activities. Considering POC weight & confirmation done, system calculates Aggregate Actual POC in T-code cne1 & we see it in t-code cnse5 (Project progress report). I'm trying to see those values on barchart.
