refresh bsp page

Can anyone please tell :

1) how should i refresh a bsp page automatically depending upon the time given by the user. (like if the user gives 2 min , then the page should refresh every 2 min automatically)

2)how should i include a message class in bsp? It says "Object does not exist" when i call a message from this call.
