CAN ANY ONE KNOW WHY THIS PROBLEM

Hi

When am creating new company code in ecc 6.0 am getting this type of error why is it coming

When am copying company code from 0001 sap ag to company code like 6547 . When i press copy button system giving messege that the activitye cancelled by the compnay code 0001 why this error is coming. Due to this am unable to create company code. When finally i saw in the completed activities in that my compnay code is not there why is it so.
