No valid service categories have been defined in Customizing (urgent plz)

Dear All,

We have configured all the settings for service master in our

development client and moved to production client.

While trying to execute AC01/AC02/AC03 T-codes we are getting the error,"No valid service categories have been defined in Customizing" message

nmber "Message no. 30079"in PRD

We have tested all the settings in our quality clent and then moved to

production. The same is working fine in quality client

We have transported all the request to PRD without errors.

Kindly suggest at the earliest.
