Hi all, I keep on getting the error T512W FOR KEY 16/4CB when running payroll for a terminated employee

According to your error message, the problem is happening in Payroll for South Africa (Country Code = 16) and for Wage Type /4CB (Addn MA Credit Used). I'm only familiar with Payroll for Canada, but:

Did you just apply some HRSPs?

Why is payroll calculated for that terminated employee?

Execute a Payroll Simulation for that employee, with the "Display log" box checked, and then drill down into the schema to find where WT /4CB is created, and in parallel, do the same for an active employee with the same PA/PSA/EG/ESG combination.

What does WT /4CB do for an active employee? Should it be generated for an Inactive employee?
