Initial upload of asset after activation of Funds Management

Hi

I have configured the funds management in the system. I have uploaded the legacy assets through T.code AS91.

For updating the Financial accounting now I am using the T.code OASV. When I do this, the system giving error that commitment item and fund center must be entered.
