sub batch criteria

In one material code we are having one batch, for further clarification i want to use sub-batch, can it be possible in sap.

For exm mat code is 2000000321

batch that we have maintained: paradip and kolkata

now we want further classified the batch paradip into 2 sub-batchs : loc1 and loc 2
