Unable to launch SDM

Hi,

I've a newly installed Netweaver 2004s (SP6) in the Windows server.

1) When i tried to launch the SDM via remotegui.bat, it gives the following error:

remotegui "sdmhome=C:\usr\sap\xxx\DVEBMGS01\SDM\program" remotegui is not recognized as an internal and external command, operable program or batch file. ...

2) Also, when i was trying to deploy the java application via the NWDS (port 3900), it gives me error "not able to login as apiadmin" though i used the password for j2ee_admin.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

p/s: No problem launching the Visual Administrator.
