PowerBuilder 11.2 Cannot find valid License (Standalone Seat)

I have windows 7 Desktop (64bit) and running Powerbuilder 11.2. Now i got the new desktop with same configuration but while installing the PowerBuilder i have selected the standalone Seat license (Generated for new machine) but getting message "Cannot find valid License" message. I have generated the license key from sybase (https://sybase.subscribenet.com). Could you please help me resolve this issue?
