FFID Owner getting error while approving the FFID request

Hi,

We are in GRC 10.1 SP 18.

While approving the FFID request by FFID owner getting error message as "Add atleast one role " to the request.

Please let me know the resolution.

Issue has been resolved by remove the Role Mandatory in EUP

Dear Lakshmi,

does that happen during the approval or submission of the request? That's typically the error when you have "Assign Object" set as action in the request type. Then the request requires an object (=role) that can be assigned. For Firefighter access requests you only need the "Super User Access" action in the request type. See standard type 6 - Superuser access.
