SCP Portal Service - missing Website Template

Dear all,

I want to create a support site for C4C as described in this video:

I've downloaded the files from github ( and deployed the apps on my SCP account.

Now I go to the portal service and create a new template (Support Site Theme) in the theme manager:

When I try to create a new website the template is not shown as it is in the video.

Here the screenshot of how it should look like:

As you can see in the screenshot below I'm missing the "Support Site Theme".

Have I missed some steps to see the template here?

Hope someone already tried that and can help.

    Hi Tobias,

The Support Site is a Portal Site template and not a Theme. You can open it and deploy it through WebIDE, or deploy it as an HTML 5 App to HCP Cockpit. After this, you should be able to see it in the list of site templates.

    Best Regards,

    • Hi Rachel,

as described in the video I opened the zip-files from GitHub in the WebIDE and deployed them as HTML5 Apps.

But as described in the video, in the last step the should be opened in the Theme Manager and after that it's shown in the template area.

Do I misunderstand something in that step?

      Best regards

    Hello Tobias,

There was a problem with the packaging of zip files in the GitHub repository.

Could it be that you downloaded the zip files before June 22nd ?

If this is the case, please download again the zip files from GitHub, import again to WEB-IDE and re-deploy in your account.

[Technical info: According to the screenshot from WEB-IDE I can see there is a child folder named supportsitetemplate". This folder is redundant]

    Best regards,
