BAPI / URGENT

hi sap gurus ,

i have to maintain absence data in PA61 , in which table control is there , i want to do it by BAPI , is it possible ?

if yes then can anybody send me if there any existing BAPI and step by step procedure to use this BAPI..

its urgent .
