Internal order budget

Dear Friends.

I have given budget amount for Internal order and I have not yet used that order.

Now when i am creating PR using that Order . Its giving error Budget amount is exhausted.

Why its giving this error. Pls suggest.

Check in KO23, if you have budget for 2008. Because if you have budget for only 2007, and no budget for 2008, and when you create a PR or PO and you put the delivery date in 2008, you will get an error that there is no budget for this order.

Can U please tell me where i can check whether the budget is released or not( any T.Code or Path).

We check the tolerence limit it is fine.

from ECC6 the budget release concept in internal order has not been there. the only thing left here would be the tolerance limit.. just in case just check the currency key assigned to your profile and secondly make all the tolerance as 1 which are warning

Hi,

Please check in KO23 whether the budget amounts you had given are saved correctly.

If that is the case and still you are getting this error, kindly forward the Message class and number of the error.

Everything is saved and total customization is in correct place.

first check whether the budget has been released or not

secondly check the tolerance limits and % set for stoping the system from processing any commitment or payment

usually we can make setting to stop any PO or invoice even if it cross 20% of budget
