cheque issue

Hi

I am handling cheque printing issue and while dealing with this issue I have received two errors at my end and they are:-

F110_D_AVIS/Window MAIN, the element 610-D is missing.

Output of the relevant form is defective.

Now my point is what does this form signifies? For what purpose this form is used? This is a form which is used for payment advice. I want to edit this form. What will be the editing procedure? What are these errors for? How can these errors be resolved?

Please look into the problem and help.
