Using Eclipse in Fiori

Hi guys.

I'm a begginer in SAP Fiori and UI5 and i need to create an extension for a tm standard portal to add a new field and change the gateway.

Can i do it with Eclipse Oxygen?If yes please send me a step by step because i searched and and did not find nothing about.

If i need to use the SAP WEB IDE how can i get Internal Host and Internal Port when i configure it.?

I'm accessing the client by VPN .there are a way to use Web IDE?
