Result area content need to be restricted

Dear Friends

Please help me in this issue. Well we are implementing a CRM Grantor management ( CRM Ver: 5.0) .

In the Enterprise portal -> Grantor Processing tab-> Application form is there (

Application for this is: CRMD_GWR_CREATEWEBR,

View is: GTR_GRANTE

Event:GWR_SEARCH

Search Group: GWR_DEFLT

Field Group: GPM_ADVANCED_SEARCH

Object type: BUS2100010

Structure Name: CRMT_BSP_GPM_QUERY )

This view gives me the search result when i click the Application forms in EP.

In the result area i have one table that displays the all the information regarding the application form my Program name. description, program id, startdate, end date,

This search is performed in the class CL_CRM_BSP_GWR_CREATE CRM Grantor Create manual WebReq 's method " Read "

Now the problem is the search shows all the records respect to application weather they are active or inactive.. ( inactive by means the application's planfinished date is previous then todays date) .

Now I need your expert help to restrict the records wich are inactive. can i do this by PCUI.. and How..? please help me to solve this problem
