Budget monitoring

Hello,

Please help me about the budget monitoring.

The Budget is transferring from one year to another year. After that, we monitoring which year, how many budgets is transfer from which wbs. Can I monitor it in which t-code and what is the procedure?

Budget monitoring means - once the budget is assigned to a project/s - checking how much been spent and how much budget still left. This u can check in PS-Information system-cost-budget related tranasactions.

Regarding the second query - transfering the budget of one fiscal year to another fiscal year of same project or could be different project. U can transfer based on ur requirement.

To check the budget updates -

Logistics or Accounting -> Project System -> Information System -> Controlling -> Costs -> Budget related -> Budget updates

To display the budget line items for a WBS element, choose Logistics or Accounting -> Project System -> Controlling -> Budgeting -> Original budget -> Change.

The Selection: Budget Updates screen appears.

Hi,

You can track budget details through budget documents in transaction CJ3A / B. Budget document will update all budget execution process.

You can also refer project infosystem report (S_ALR_87013560 - Budget updates).
