Display log!

HI All,

Trying to make a delivery with reference to ORDER,and am getting this problem:Order is incomplete-maintain the order!!

At the bottom it says: Order cannot be delivered(see long text)

how can I proceed?

Hi Ralph,

With out filling the required data in sales order we cannot do delivery.so in VA02 as our friend said go to edit incompletion log and complete the data.The Incomplete log settings we do in SPRO-SD-Basic functions-Incomplete log.

As per our requirement we can configure

the system saying that the order is incomplete. ie., you have not filled the mandatory fields in the order.

So, open the order @ VA02, go to the menu bar

Edit- incomplete log. there u will find the display of the required fields which hasnot been maintained properly.

Maintain that, system will give a message that"document is complete"

Hi,

Go to the order in change mode using VA02 transaction. Once the order is open, follow the steps below:

edit->Incompletion log. This gives a lsit of incompletion. Now complete the sales order, save the order and make the delivery.

If the incompletion log is too cumbersome, you can make changes to it in SPRO using steps:

SPRO->Sales & Distribution->Basic functions->Log of incomplete items.
