hi all,

Can any tell me what is the difference between QUOMO and emp sub grp grouping for time quotas..Does they mean the same?Tell me the importance of Quomo in generating absence quotas

Emp sub grp grouping helps only to differentiate one/more emp sub grps from other

QUOMO feature helps in the quota type selection based on org assignment (i.e., diff quota selection based on any of the follwowing )

Personnel Area

Personnel Subarea

Employee Group

Employee Subgroup

Country Grouping

Personnel Subarea Grouping for Leave Types

Pay scale type

Pay Scale Area

Pay Scale Group

Pay Scale Level

Quomo is Feature. ES Groupings is different. U group all the employees having same Quotas
