Access Control Engine in CRM 4.0

Hi Experts,

We are implementing ACE for the authorizations over Business Activity. I have find very little amount of documentation. Can anyone send me a guide for implementing this tool in CRM 4.0 or the e-book CR870?

ACE normally overwrites the authorizations and is more powerful and can i know what is that you are trying to accomplish through ACE in business activity?
