display portal roles in dropdown

Hi,

I have more than 20 odd roles for a particular user.

since the roles are in tabular order it a problem for my users to scroll till the end to access the last role.

can we display about five roles as in portal style and the rest in a dropdown..

is there any way to acheive this without dev ??

i had a wya of displaying in menu style(hover menus) but ppl are not satisfied with it..
