Code Page Conversion error from code page 4110 to 4102

Hi all,

When I am reading a file from application server using the stmt

READ DATASET s_cfile INTO stream.

I am getting a short dump with the error message cannot convert from code page 4110 to 4102. I suppose the error is due to a special charecter '#' which was in the text field in the file in the application server. But not sure. Should I be adding this charecter in any of the tables.

Please advice.
