Routing group number issue

Hi, there,

At CA01 creating routing, the system will set the routing group number of the previous routing as the default group number. Can anyone advise me how to remove this system behavior? We need to have different routing group number for each routing. Due to this abnormal system behavior, it will cause the routings are created w/ the same group for data upload. In my previous project, basis removed this system bahavior. But since the basis at my current project is too junior, I need to figure out how to fix it by myself. Any input is welcome.
