E-rec screen customizations

Hi All,

We are using mySAP ERP 2005 (ECC 6.0), E-rec 600 is installed.

We are trying to customize the Requistion maintainance screen (Create RR). Can anybody shade some light regarding the same ?

The BSP application is REQ_MNT_LST.

Actually there are so many tabs like General Information, Job Requirements, Organisational Data, Education Requirements etc.,

We want to remove/hide some of the few tabs like Job Requirments, Education Requirements, Attachments.

Can we accomplish task using spro customization or any code changes in the BSP application ?

You can easily achieve through customizations. The tabs you are viewing are defined in SPRO, as elements of a container sequence (T77RCF_CS_ID).

What you can do is to create a new context. You will then control the elements of a container sequence through the context by assigning only the tabs you require to the new context. You then have to specify the context name when you generate the URL.

Thank you for your fastest repsonse and inputs.

I followed the same proocedure for fields customization (text boxes, labels etc,) and used context id via generating URL with the report RCF_GENERATE_URL.

Wondering how can we disable Tabs by adding New elements (spro's -> - define elements for container sequence).

Please shade some more light regarding the same. once again thanks for your time and inputs. points assigned.

You only go to 'define elements for container sequence' if you have developed a new BSP. Since you only want to disenable some tabs, you go directly to 'Modify Container Sequences', select the 'Requisition maintenence' and in there you create new entries.

You create them in the sequence you want them to appear on the screen (sequence number). The easiest would to select only those you want to display from the standard and enter your context.
