ESS --> Benifits and Payment --> Adjustment Reason Enrollments

Hi,

When I click on the below mentioned ESS service I get the error message "Error occured when calculating salary"

ESS --> Benifits and Payment --> Adjustment Reason Enrollments -->Anytime [Open Enrollment - Print Version]

Looks like some customization missing in "Benifits" in the SPRO. Would you please let me know as to what can be the problem here.
