Free search in PA30 : One field to be removed

In PA30 there is a Object Manager window which contains the options Collective Search/ Search Team/ Free Search

My Query is :

In the Free search option there is a Personnel Data node when we expand it there are many fields below it. I need to remove a field Date Of Birth from there

how do i do that?
