asset accounting

Hi all sap guru's

with same assets number two(assets) systems is there

we already run the depreciation for that assets

now we planning to divide into two .......we need to create new assets two and half of the amount we have to transfer.

could you give me any suggetion???

(my opnion: first create 2 different assets, using tcode ABUMN can we transfer 50 and 50% of the assets into two assets)

or is there any way???
