Can Material Item code connection to the ONE special resources

We have problems that we have to produce same material Item in one special machine. Can someone share can in SAP connect material on for one line?

Not sure whether you want to link the material to machine or the one who produce. Nevertheless, for both the options, you need to check with Production team.
