    Hi,

When you change a master record after having used it to create documents (orders, deliveries, billing documents,), the changes do not affect the documents already created. However, the address in the customer master is an exception. Therefore, if it was necessary, you would have to change the data in the documents manually, except for the address.

    Hope this would help you,

Appreciate your rewad points if it helps,

    Regards,

    Vamsi. P

The method to update document with changed master data is as follows.

      1. After the updation of master data (customer), change the sold-to party in the document. It is possible to change the sold-to party even when the subsequent document exist and the field is greyed (thru F4). Save.

      2. Again change it to the original sold-to party. Save.
