Dynamically create HTMLB input field

Hi ppl

I have a reqt where in a form i have a button. now every time the user clicks the button, i need to create and display a new input field. further i need to evaluate the value entered into this input field, for further processing. there is not limit to the no. of times the button may be clicked.

the input field needs to be a HTML B input field and not HTML field. Please guide.
