Getting HR data

Former Member

Hello All,

I am using 0HR_PA_0 and 0HR_PA_1 from R/3. Further details are retrieved from master data infoObjects like Employee and other Custom tables. 0EMPLOYEE has BEGDA (Start Dt) and ENDDA (End Dt). But they are not the key fields. So when i retrieve dates, on what basis should I retrieve these dates.

I am using a FM that helps me get read master data i.e. RSAU_READ_MASTER_DATA. But I am not getting the correct START and END DATES. Kindly help.

Regards,

KP

Hello!

DATETO are key in table for time-depended attributes (/BI0/Q* table) in BW. Do what you need on BW side. Some characterictics you can take by derivation on update rule or transformation (in 7.0).

If you use RSAU_READ_MASTER_DATA, try set l_date parameter. This date - key date, and function return for you employee structure wich valid for this date (l_date).
