error on technical completion

Hi friends,

Can you please help me because I encounter an error when I tried to set the process order to technically complete. The error says: Postprocessing records for order xxxxx prevent technical closing. What transaction should I check to process these records?please help. thank you so much...

Hi Allan

It seems there are some error records available for this order.

Please execute transaction CO1P and COGI and clear the error records from there.

Once this is done you will be able to do TECO.

when i execute the transaction you mentioned, no record was dound. what else can i do?

Strange to hear that no error records were found while using these 2 T Codes..Did u check with both the T Codes?

Request to recheck / re enter the order number for which u are facing this issue

Try COFC transaction for that order probably there was some Confirmation actual cost calculation errors.
