System Allowing to reduce the Released budget less than the Assigned Budget

HI,

Greetings!!!!

In Budget return process, we can return the budget if it is not released. But if budget released we can't return it, for that we are reducing the budget equal to Assigned budget and completing the returns process. But by mistake enter the value less than the Assigned budget and click on the Check Option, system not throwing any error message why?.

Please let us know how we can control this.

Hi,

you need to put error for activity 06(Budgeting) in defining tolerance limits for your budget profile

Thank you very much for your support. After assigning the Transaction Group 06 in Budget Tolerance limits issue resolved.
