Is it possible to make the Gantt Chart Settings through Configuration

Hi,

Is it possible to make the default settings of Gantt Chart Display area like Assignment of Individual Colors to the Individual Project Objects and Different colors to different dates for easy understanding. Now we are doing it for individual User ID specific in Individual system and servers.
