Waste basket

Hi All,

I am stuck in a very stupid problem. We have created some workgoups and users . We have DB repository. While adminsitrator is able to delete a file or folder , without deleting it permamnently . The users are ONLY able to delete it permanently(ie checking the box "delete permanently".Other wise it gives error"........NotAuthorozed:Null"

We have assigned the permissions in the wastebasket folder at the repository and have also activated the services.

The problem remains unresolved, can anyone help.
