qc inprocess analysis

dear sirs,

we are doing pharmaceuticals process manufacturing plant.

we are doing cor6n tcode. In between operation confirmations

inprocess sample. But inprocess sample is rejected.

How to go next step.Rejected sample process how to solve problem. i continue next operation or not.

pls solve this problem.
