Billing document (urgent)

Hi All,

I would like to know, is it possible to add more lines to the billing document once it has been created?

In sales order, there are 3 lines, out of which only for one line a billing document has been created. I would like to add the remaining 2 lines to this billing document, but unable to do the same.

Hope my question is clear & await inputs.

No, you cannot add line items directly in billing document. It is illogical either.

Hi Anil,

Thanks for the inputs. So if i wish to create a single billing document, i would have to cancel the billing document which i have created & create a new one.

Should i create a cancel invoice with reference to the existing billing document or should i just select the line & delete it in the existing billing document, to enable me to create a new billing document?

Do the following to correct your process.

1) Cancell the billing doc VF11

2) Reverse the PGI VL09

3) Delete the Delivery

4) Change your Sales Order to include more line items then do Delivery and Invoicing.
