send the data

hi friends,

iam newly got the job on xi.i have objects for sending data from sap r/3 to bw for orders,invoice and advance shipping notice.these are individual objects.pls help me how to send data,and how to create these objects.which adapters i can used.pls any one help on this with screen shots.
