Issue with BADI Activation

Hi I am using the trasanaction code /C*U*M/DESIGN (Stars kept to allow posting, while searching this tcode remove stars) to release the compatibale unit and I kept one new BADI Active ...and written single line of code "Break-point'. When this break point is active I am getting error message, I am unable to generate the order, its showing task cant be created. The BADI Definition name is "/C*U*M/BADI_TL_OPR_SEL".

Where as when the BADI is inactive, I am able to generate the order as is, what should be possible issue, please advice.capture.jpg
