Hi,

Archive Material by using the transaction code MM71 and then

select the object MM-MATNR and then your tables example like table MBEW.

Also you can use the transaction SARA for archiving .Please have a look at SAPNote (OSS) and find the right notes & go through the SAP documentation on archiving material.
