MD12 - Pld Ord - Difference between Components and Bill of material option

Dear All

In planned order change mode we have a option for Component Overview and Explode BOM.Is there any difference in this option.

We are not finding any details about Operation Overview.

I would like to know your comments on this.

Hi Shankar,

U cannot see the operation overview like in Production order.

But if u do the manual sheduling u can see the operation scheduling results under detailed scheduling tab.

Please comeback for moer diubts.

Yeah i too know that there is no difference in Component overview and Explode Bom Since there is a provision in planned order given by SAP there should be some reason just i would like to know that.

Hi Shankar,

There is no difference between them.

You cannot c operation untill u convert it into PO.

Either you can c through production version assign in it

Do u mean to say u donot get any component list in Both component over view and Bill of material option screen

i donot see any difference.
