ESS Overview Page Links aren't working - EHP7.0

Hello All,

Before posting this question, I have gone through all the forums related to this, but none of the posts could resolve my issue. So have to ask the same question here.

I am trying to make the links work on my overview page (as shown below)

I know it is triggering the event "LINK_SELECTED" and I am also able to debug and figure out where the issue is, but I don't know how to fix it. I know I am missing some configuration for sure.

So in the debug mode I get to the below point where it goes to the special actions - line no. 62 and because of which it fails (I guess). It should ideally go to line 71 and call method call_transaction_save(I guess). I am coming to this conclusion because I debugged the other working portal on some different system with same configuration.

It goes to special actions because the cs_queue_entry-event->mv_event_id is FPM_NAVIGATE. (I have no idea why this is the case. Sorry this is the first time I am working on portal configuration, so have no idea).

My roles assigned are totally correct, the LPD_CUST is correct and all the necessary services are activated.

    Hello Ajesh,

    Are you using the standard ESS role or custom ESS role?
    Are you able to open the record working time from backend system via SE80?
    Package: PAOC_CATS_ESS_WDA
    Web Dynpro: FPM Applications: HRESS_A_CATS_1

    Are you able to preview the iView from content admin?
    Could you please check the Homepage framework configuration?
    You may get details information in IMG document about Homepage framework.
