Create contract after GOA deleted

Hi gurus,

We are using SRM 5.0 on ESC with ECC6.0 as backend.

It is strange that we can not transfer the contract created according to the bid after we have deleted the GOA which is also created according to the same bid . The system says the contract is created successfully but in R/3 it does not exist.

What's wrong?
