Hi,

Setting up an end to end process Service Cloud and S4HANA. We use the webservice

FollowupDocumentFromServiceRequestCreationIn to have a document flow.

The internal order is created immediately after the release to ERP and the ID is shown in the document flow, but it is not indicated that as an internal order.

Any body more detail infromation on how to manipulate the data collected within the webservice. There is no nice dropdown indicating entry x = Internal order.

Any document flow documentation regarding the service process with S4HANA integration is welcome!

Regards,

MJ

Dear Marie-José Veerhuis,

Technically the document type code can be manipulated in middleware. However in this particular case, sending the follow-up document as Internal Order may not work, since in C4C there are no document types(Run-time code list) defined for Internal Order.

This is the reason the standard mappings in middleware are configured to send documenttypes which are understandable by C4C.

For e.g. 114 - Order

29 - Invoice Request

May be you can post this in our Influence forums.
