Extension of material from Plant A to B

Hi,

I have 8000 qty of material(consumable, capital, spares etc) in Plant A. I want to extend these 5000 material to plant B. Some fields has to be changed like plant, profit center(If applicable), st loc, accounting etc.

Which will be the best way to do this. We r using internal no. range for these materials.

Please guide me.
