Movement of stocks

Dear Friends,

Suppose if i want to move stocks in between restricted to unrestricted (or) restricted to quality-inspection (or) quality-inspection to unrestricted etc. what is the process...is there any t.code for this...kindly let me know...

I need to apply this in my consignment process....
