GL as Cost Element Creation

Dear All,

Should these GL accounts has to be created as cost elements.

Ch-Inv Subcont A/C

Change in Inv A/C

FOREX-RM Import

FOREX-SFG Import

FOREX-FG Import

Forgn Ex Fluc-Round

FOREX-Realised Loss

FOREX-Unreal Loss

Loss-sale of Assets

Loss-sale of Investm

Rev from sale Assets

Advance License

Dividend Received

Insurance Claim

Interest on ICD

P/L - sale of assets

P/L - sale of Invest

FOREX-Realised Gain

FOREX-Unreal Gain

    Hi

    The mentioned GL accounts need to be craeted as Cost elements.

    Some as Cost elements and some as revenue elements.

    All accounts forming part of P&L A/C needs to be created as Cost elements.

    But please note

    The following should not be created as Cost elements

    1. COGS accounts

    2. Sales accounts until you are implementing COPA

    3. Change in WIP

    4. Variance accounts

    all p&L account type gl accounts can be created as a cost elements.
