The Key Figures are not “Input ready” in the Web UI of TPM application. Could you please tell what basic steps that are needed to be checked for this issue from BW end?
Basic steps from BW end:
1) Open Query Designer and select the required Key Figure. Make sure that in “Change Data” section in the Planning tab, the option “Input-Ready (Relevant for locking)” is selected.
2) Go to Query Designer-> Query Properties-> Planning Tab and make sure that “Start Query in Change Mode” is checked.
3) Check if the formats of date, month and year coming from BW and CRM systems are identical. While trying to maintain the same formats in both the systems, please keep in mind the relevant user (whether it is BWREMOTE, ALEREMOTE or the current user).
