Internet explorer proxy issue + solar01 + solution manager

Hi all,

How can I update the Internet Explorer proxy details on the solution manager server as in the transaction solar01 -> at phase Development Collaboration , it calls Internet explorer with link

Since I guess Internet explorer is not called along with proxy details I have given in the lan settings of Internet Explorer, it is showing

The page cannot be displayed

error . I am able to access the same link from server by directly calling the link on IE as I have manually entered the proxy details on IE and saved the settings.

But once I click on solution manger development collaboration tab, it shows the error.

I am trying to configure plm project on solution manager as per

Can any one give some tips as I am stuck at this stage.
