Add 3 additional fields in E-recruitment

Hi,

Flow of the screen is : Candidate Profile >> Select Requisition and click Assignment >> select the candidate >> click on "Create Activities then offer then Data Transfer to New Employee.

A screen will appear which will be having a Data Transfer button. We want to add 3 additional fields in the BSP layout.

I copied the BSP application to Z and tried to map with the iview on the portal. But this BSP application is called dynamically.

Can anybody suggest how to do it. Is there any customization or we have to make a change in the standard code.
